In 2021, I posted about Arizona’s Homestead Exemption moving in 2022 from $150,000 to $250,000. That was a long overdue step in the right direction. Better yet is that as of this year the exemption has increased to $400,000. Furthermore, the law now provides that the exemption amount will be adjusted annually to reflect cost of living increases.
