Texas and Florida have been flashing warning signs in the residential property market for several months. Now six additional states have inventories that exceed pre-pandemic levels. Here is the list of the first eight states that are currently exceeding 2019 residential property inventory levels:

Colorado is teetering on the edge with only 1.1% less inventory than before the pandemic.
