My recent blood test results came back with Cholesterol “Out of Range.”
Cholesterol Total mg/Dl: 210, “Above High Normal” (or “At Risk“ as the Cleveland Clinic puts it)
LDL chol calc (nih) mg/dL: 132, “Above High Normal” (or “At Risk“ as the Cleveland Clinic puts it)

I haven’t been able to get ahold of my doctor or his medical assistant to discuss the results, but in the meantime, I’ve gone mostly vegan. I’ve gone 100% vegan before, and it didn’t quite work for me; however, being mostly vegan shouldn’t be an issue.
Also, I’ve added slow, flat one-mile jogs to the tail end of several of my daily walks. Jogging agitates my back, so I haven’t been running since the autumn of 2024. I’m going to take on some calculated risk with jogging as to back agitation in favor of battling LDL.
